Also love the pokemon battle idea, I'd go with the gym leader way personally. Less taxing on everyone because brackets can make it difficult due to time restraints others may have. Otherwise love it.

another idea is that no one goal is met due to someones pets just being too overpowered. Don't worry, I have ideas to make it fair. And some pets may be banned in general. Like, I may ban the Nine Tailed Fox just because it has stupid high protection and defense as well as a good bit of HP

I mean, I'm open for ideas and suggestions, and what pets should and shouldn't be banned. What skills should and shouldn't be used. I already have a list, and i'll take into consideration.

Also, just like any pokemon, you can only use a skill a certain amount of times. PP.

What would you say on the trans pets humans have? Can they transform once into dk/pally? Or just banned outright.

Also would imp's shields play a role in canceling stuff like Fire/Lightning dragons breath, or the bolt skills. Although I feel like I'm imagining this will only work with the breaths since they take a turn to charge:P

Oh wow that's a brilliant idea. Yeah, the imps shields will take into play. But you have to chose what shield your imp would have. Another thing is, you have to chose BEFORE you know what the enemy's pet is. And if its a lightning shield, the only magic move imps can use is Lightning Bolt, for instance.

And transformations would also be banned. Think about it, the pet inherits all trans skills. If I were to trans into Dark Knight with a pet that can with me, that's one hell of a strength and HP boost.

BUT

Until the event, nothing is in stone. These are just ideas until we are able to do such an event. Guildies would provide ideas and what they liked and didn't like. Rules we can ALL agree on are rules that would probably work the most.

There are a few things I still might set as a standard, whether many agreed or not. Just remember, I like my events to be run by the guild, not just me.

Just an idea...and cause, I love fighting.
Instead of an election next time, how bout we do a tournament for the officer. The twist? Yuuhi's in it. If she wins? I...haven't come up with anything. Perhaps she gets to choose or something.

i wouldnt mind a tournament i think td be fun to decide officer, however i wouldnt participate i would ref if anything and establish the rules

Over the past couple months our guild has grow to be one of the largest on the server.  I feel its time to formally welcome all our new people in to the guild
As such i would like to hold an informal get-together after the banquet this saturday
bring wood and your friendly attitude (the point is to talk, i really dont care if you are weird, i am MUCH weirder...trust me) OH AND I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR UR STORIES
anyways i also think we can have a friendly cook off with two categories
speed cooking (who gets me a unburned dish the fastest)
and a quality cook off (this ofcourse doesnt mean it has to be r1 cooking it just has to impress me )
I ask that everyone attend as this event is for the sole purpose of getting to know each other
oh and there might be a raffle

Theres 10 teams of 3 people
they all start in tir chonnel sq
Rules:
-each team starts with 1k gold (no using bank in between)
-ea 3 days of mabinogi game = 1 elimination (not irl days mabi days)
-the leader would check on your progress (Aka breakingfate, Yuu, Scaz)
-There will be a curve ball challenge (a way to slow down your progress aka something that you have to do that will affect your money making, or force ya to do something you'd not do everyday)
-and the vantage point (1st day challenge where if your team wins, you get an advantage over others in comp (teamwise) (could be more gold in your pocket invincibility for the elemination time) (etc)
-after ea elimination, you get to use the gold you currently have for the next day comp)
-they cannot use the bank
-they cannot use weapons (only your current destiny weapon can be used aka no egos)
-You can choose up to 3 life skills per person
-1 team will be eliminated ea 3 town days (you must stay within the area during the competion)
-no trans, no bank, no moongate, only bring what you can use clothes, armor etc (1 weapon and 3 item making skills)
-no warping to iria or belfast (results in disqualification)
-You may carry 1 10k gold pouch at the begining (ea person cannot buy from people players but from npcs only)
-you may sell your goods to people just not buy from them
-you must do 1 ptj a day (For ea town ((1 mabinogi day = 1 town of udlah) (tir chonnel, dunbruton, port cobhh, tailtainn, tara, emain macha, bangor, and port ceann (end)
-there will be a challenge in ea of the towns with a vantage point in the making
-the race ends in the other side of Udlah (port ceann)
